AQUALIS, General Cleaning and Maintenance, was created in Algeria in September 2004; it now has 800 people and is involved in Facility Management, with general services tending to be outsourced.
General services include all work related to building maintenance, hygiene & all routine housekeeping and maintenance work for offices, sales areas, workshops, industrial premises but also all industrial cleaning work, exceptional and special, specific projects (agro-industrial, hospital environment, etc.); food safety ; life quality ; miscellaneous maintenance; technical building management (BMS); catering, and more generally all the services necessary for the normal functioning of a business. We can cite for example: mail management, purchases of supplies, management of maintenance and cleaning of buildings, green spaces, management of technical premises, fire systems, security, energy: electricity , cold, heating.
General services tend to be outsourced, allowing a company to concentrate its resources on its core business, and pool the costs of general services.
Its areas of intervention are vast and AQUALIS Algeria is aimed at the public and institutional sectors as well as the private sectors, in industrial environments, sensitive environments or tertiary cleaning. It is indeed a service company whose only wealth is its human potential.
